iCloud+ storage question
If I upgrade my iCloud+ From 200GB to 2TB, do I need to retain a cloud plan on each phone or will one subscription work on both phones?

One storage plan will work on all devices that are logged into iCloud with the same Apple ID.
Or if the two phones have different Apple IDs, the storage can be shared as described in Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support
