First, you battery is in need of attention. Apple is saying it needs to be serviced.
On CleanMyMac: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250282739
It needs to go away. It can cause many more problems than it claims to fix.
How many user Login Items do you have?
The list of minor problems you can generally safely ignore. The Major items should be looked at more strongly and corrected when possible. High CPU usage can be a temporary thing. Unsigned files can be adware. If you feel the need to scan your system for such, use DetectX Swift.
And, if all else fails, you can reinstall your OS from the Recovery Panel which leaves all apps, settings and personal data untouched. That doesn't remove "bad" apps and malware, but at lease you know you have a fresh OS.

If you still have Kernel Panics after uninstalling CleanMyMac by following the developer's instructions, then you have a bad SSD. The Kernel Panic is referencing the SSD when it mentions: "nvme: Fatal Error Occurred" which is quite common with the non-Touchbar model.
You will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to examine the laptop and provide you with an estimate to replace the SSD. However, Apple has no way of confirming this diagnosis since most techs do not know how to read Kernel Panic logs. The best way to confirm the diagnosis is by booting from an external drive and wait for the internal SSD to disappear. If the whole physical SSD disappears from view within Disk Utility and the Apple System Profiler, then the diagnosis is confirmed, but this can take lots of time to occur.
Make sure to have a good backup because if CMM is not causing the problem, then your SSD is failing and may completely fail at any time. If the SSD fails, then you will not be able to recover any data unless you have an expensive professional data recovery service attempt to recover the data.
Maybe you will get lucky and your laptop will qualify for a free Apple SSD repair program:

By having Apple or an AASP examine the laptop, they may determine your laptop may qualify for the free Battery replacement program:

FYI, here is the current list of the publicly acknowledged free repair programs for various Apple products (some products like your laptop have multiple programs):

You should always have frequent & regular backups.
Conflicting instructions maybe. The panic report is not something a user can interpret much more than ID the problem as a panic.
We all have these from time to time. Is this your first and only or has it become common? If this is the only one you've had, report it to Apple and restart. You may never have another for a long time. Of course this could be the first of many too.
A good way to look at your system is to download, install and run EtreCheck. Posting the report here can be helpful.
It happens quite regularly. Sometimes when the macbook goes to sleep and I want to wake it up, the macbook restarts and throws out this message.
I am also attaching a log:
Thank you the problem was in the software. No problem after reinstalling.
