Monterey Mail not downloading content
After installing Monterey, Mail app will download mail, but no content. Restarting will fix it for existing email, but not new email. Restarted in safe mode as found on support thread. Suggestion?

I assume the response means that I should uncheck Protect Mail Activity. I did that. Restarted and problem was not resolved.
One online article
indicated the fix is to uninstall the anti-virus program - this is not an acceptable fix.
