The VPN service is not available. Exiting on a MAC OS, Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1519)

Good day Community,


Upgraded to "MAC OS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1519)" since then "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client" getting crashed, same working in safe mode after running below commands.

sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.cisco.anyconnect.vpnagentd.plist

sudo launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.cisco.anyconnect.vpnagentd.plist


Please help to fix and run in normal mode.


Crash Report is attached.

We also experience the similar issue, which is related to the recent security update of MAC OS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1519), containing the buggy graphics card driver AppleIntelHD4000GraphicsGLDriver.


The update was released on Oct 25, and we started observing spiky crash for the issue. Searching shows that several other applications are also experiencing the same issue.


And we know the old graphics card HD 4000 is affected, and newer graphics card seems to be ok so far.


Please escalate this issue and release some patch as early as possible.
