The VPN service is not available. Exiting on a MAC OS, Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1519)

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You are not talking to Apple.

Report the problem to Cisco, most likely via your company’s IT organization, and Cisco should either fix their code, or work with Apple if it is a bug in macOS.

But do not rule out, hardware failure on your Mac, and/or interfering 3rd party software on your Mac.

We also experience the similar issue, which is related to the recent security update of MAC OS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1519), containing the buggy graphics card driver AppleIntelHD4000GraphicsGLDriver.

The update was released on Oct 25, and we started observing spiky crash for the issue. Searching shows that several other applications are also experiencing the same issue.

And we know the old graphics card HD 4000 is affected, and newer graphics card seems to be ok so far.

Please escalate this issue and release some patch as early as possible.

Check with Cisco (web/support page) they may already have an updated version which may solve your issue.

Respectfully disagree. The Developer of the Application Must Comply with Apple Rules and make their Software compatible with the Version of macOS it is indented to function on. Not the Other way around.

Cisco Anyconnect was sucsessful striating on my Mac OS Catalina before System update.

After System Update Cisco not running, I see Graphics kernel error: 0xfffffffb.

I have actually version of Cisco.

Please help me, I can't use program, but my macOS 10.15.7 (19H1519) is OK.

Point # 2 A - Commercial VPNs should only be used if Mandated by Corporate Head Office for working remotely. Otherwise - ones Privacy and Security touted by the VPN is suspect.
