My MacBook Pro apps are blank when I open them

I deleted some things in my finder under "this mac" and now some applications don't work. When I open the notes app or the store app, it opens but its completely blank. I can access notes on my iPad and iPhone but it doesn't work on my MacBook pro.

Right now its running macOS Big Sur version 11.6.
