How can I get rid of a virus?

But how do I get rid of these Pop-ups? I can be on a zooms call or teams and these Pop-ups will continue to keep going. I would like to know if someone can assist me with this because most of these calls are for job interviews and I keep getting Pop-ups. Please Help! Thank you!

You don't have a virus. That popup in Safari is a scam masquerading as an ad. Don't send anyone anything through those scams.
