Visual look up

After downloading the new iso 15, I was excited to try the visual look up. I have check all setting as explained in loads of YouTube posts, unfortunately I can not get this function to work. Am I the only one with this problem.

What model of iPhone do you have? Visual Look Up is only supported on iPhone Xs or iPhone XR or newer.

Hi RK-DL,

As far as I know, Visual Lookup is U.S only feature as of right now. As a workaround You can set your region to U.S. if that won't bother You.

Settings->general->Language & Region

I have a 11pro, I’m sure this is compatible, it also doesn’t work on my iPad 4 or my wife’s iphone 12
