Apple Watch SE cellular connectivity

So I just purchased a Apple Watch SE and wanted to connect it however I have a carrier that doesn’t provide service.is there a way to connect my watch with another provider but still Pay my one bill with the fee on top or do I need to have a new plan just for my Watch?
