Forgotten Lock Screen passcode

When my old iPhone was lost, I removed it from trusted devices on my present iPhone. I do not remember it’s passcode.

Can I reset it using my present iPhone, because the old one is no longer connected to a server? I think the old one is an iPhone 5, but I don’t remember for sure.
