HI, I recently upgraded to the Iphone 13 Promax. While browing PDF files in safari, scrolling of PDF lag and freezes before resuming. I have no such issues with Iphone 11 pro max with the same OS.
Safari address bar also sometimes goes missing and i have to close and reopen safari for the address bar to reappear.

I’m 99.99% sure it’s the variable refresh rate of the screen that’s the problem here. As a workaround, I’ve worked out you can go to Settings - Accessibility - Motion and turn the Limit Frame Rate setting on. This will stop the issue. Pretty bad though that you need to limit the frame rate.
I have called Apple back, given them all the details (including a video of the issue and system diagnostics from the phone) to a senior technician who is raising this with the engineering team and will let me know what they say.
However the workaround I mentioned above does work.
Same issue on iPhone 13 pro max (15.1.1).
It doesn’t appear in Mail app or File app, so it seems like a Safari issue.
Still no fix.

iOS 15.2 didn‘t fix issue!
15.2 and is not working also on iphone 13 pro max.

Is anybody listening from Apple? Or are we just talking to ourselves here? The issue is there since the beginning and multiple updates came out without any solution.
