Couple of days ago tried to import fcpxml files, that perfectly were imported in 10.5.4 version, to 10.6 and couldn't do that because of DTD validation error. How can I import those files now?

That is a known bug with 10.6.
The new XML framework fails with handling numbers on non UK/US systems.
There are several XML bugs but the „big“ one can be handled by switching language/region to English/AUS, UK, US.
If you’re using XTI there’s a temporary version with a workaround for the “main bug”.
Anyway - if you rely on XMLs keep a 10.5 version to import those.
