Macbook Pro won't boot and screen is black with vertical stripes

I have a 2019 13" Macbook Pro. It was working normally and but then it turned off. When trying to boot it back up, it had vertical green lines on the screen, then the screen turns black with 2 vertical lines in the center. It never makes it to the Apple Logo screen. I have tried booting up in Safe Mode, doing SMC and NVRAM resets, and running Apple Diagnostics, but it never makes it past the black screen with the vertical lines. Here is a photo of what the screen looks like:



Does anyone have suggestions on what might be the problem, and how to fix it?
