I get I will get a lot of the same answers and trust me I’ve tried it all. I cant seem to re download apps i’ve previously had because my card “isn’t authorized” to pay for it. I have enough money to pay for it and I have no idea why its doing it. Can someone help me please

Unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods of your account details, you must have a functioning payment method, even for redownloading apps and for free apps.

Is this a debit card that was issued to you by a bank in which you have an account?
Or is this a prepaid debit card that you bought from a store?
Apple doesn't usually accept prepaid debit cards.
Im using a debit card as the payment method and i have sufficient money to pay for the items but it wont take it out
