So idk what I’m paying 12.98 dollars and i removed my card from app and it’s saying I need a verification required and put in my password and everything and it does nothing

So I don’t know what I’m paying it first started at 11.95 dollars and it’s made it’s way up to 12:98 dollars and I have no idea what I’m even paying and I removed my card from apple so it won’t charge anything and when I did that I was trying to download TikTok and it was askin me for a verification required and it said to put my password and I did and it told me to put it again and it’s not doing anything

The resolution to this issue is often making sure you have entered a credit card or other valid method of payment* even if you don't plan on needing to use it. This is very likely in this case since you don't have enough balance to pay for the item.


If there is an option to select "Review" or "Continue", select that and enter valid payment information if required. If there's problems doing this:

On a mobile device tap: Settings > [your name at the top] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Review Apple ID.
