Battery charger

Hi, I bought iPad Pro 2020. It doesn’t charged after purchase. The consultant advised to update it. It started charging. But now this mistake has repeated. It connected only to charger from android.


I don't want to not have access to the IPad without this charger.

And I don't have the opportunity to update always.


What could I do?

If it is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device (along with its charger and cable) inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
