Adding data to a scatter graph

Hi,

I am having difficulty adding the data I want into my scatter graph. Here is the data that I'm trying to add:

Here is the first set of data I want to add. I need to have frequency on one axis and resistance on the other. However, when I try to add the data to a graph, I can only select the resistance column, and it automatically sets it to be the Y-axis. I click the frequency column, and it doesn't do anything. If I untick to share X values, then it just gives it a scale from 0-12

If I try to add the X values from the tab on the right side of the screen, then I can also not add anything, it's just greyed out

Can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong and how can I set my own X axis?
