When I ping my iPhone from my watch The sound coming from my iPhone is so low you can barely hear it. Is there anyway I can make that sound louder? My volume is all the way up on my phone.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. As we understand, the alert sound is low on your iPhone when you use your Apple Watch to find it.
Have you gone into Settings > Sounds & Haptics. What is the RINGER AND ALERTS slider set at? If Change with Buttons is switched off, then the sound may not have gotten louder for you.
