I deleted the Mail app and now I can’t delete Mail data from iCloud. I can’t find answers on any article about it. What do I do? It’s taking up a lot of space with backups of dead email accounts that I can’t get rid of. I can’t access any of the emails (and don’t want to) or delete the data.

We see that you have Low Power Mode enabled on your device. As this does help preserve your battery life, it can cause some processes to not perform as usual.
