I sent in my AirPod pros to get repaired and still I didn't get any status update
I sent in my AirPod pros to get repaired and still I didn't get any status of my AirPods pro repair. its been more that 10 days but still the status is showing that empty box is shipped. I contacted the logistics company and they said the box withe AirPods Pro is delivered on time. it has been a 10th day today I didn't get any update about it. I contacted apple support they say always that repair parts are yet to be ordered. I wonder what's happening And it hasn’t changed nor have I got and tracking code and I was wondering what that means
