Ipad mini 4 blank screen

Hi,

I seem to have some issue with my IPad Mini 4 (A1550). The screen is blank but if I press on the round button for 3 secs, i can hear Siri acknowledging me but screen remains blank. I can speak to Siri and Siri will still respond to my queries.

May I know what could be the issue here?

Please advise. Thank you in advance.

To check if it is a temporary glitch, try a "forced" restart of your iPad, using these instructions:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top (power) button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 15-30 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear).

If the issue persists, it might be a screen (or other internal component) problem. Please contact Apple Support, using this link:--> Get Support

Hi ProustGiulio,

I have tried as you advised but i was still not able to see the Apple Logo. I have already reached out to Apple Support to follow up on the issue. Seems like it could be a hardware problem. I will need to send my device to the nearest Apple Service Provider.
