iOS 15.0.2 packet loss when connected to wifi networks

Hi All,

We upgraded all of our iphones to iOS 15.0.2. Since then, we have noticed very poor performance when connected to wifi using apps and browsing (Apps not loading content unless we try and refresh and slow web browsing). Since I am a network guy, I have an app on the phone that can ping IP's, and I have noticed packet loss to any IP that I try to ping from the phone. This only happens while using wifi. Using cellular, no issues. I thought initially it was my home network, but no other devices have an issue (wired or wireless), it's just iphones. I also tested this connected to other wifi networks other then my home network and we consistently have the same issue on any wifi network that we connect to. This didn't happen until we upgraded to 15.0.2. I already reset all network settings back to factory default. I have not done a complete wipe of my phone yet. Anyone else having issues like I described?
