Why isn’t it stated that the Apple Watch doesn’t come with a charger at the time of purchase?

On the Apple Store page where you order your Apple Watch, it has this "What's in the Box" picture

It does not mention a charging brick. It also does not include an iPhone, which is also required to use the Apple Watch.
