Ringtone volume

So basically i was trying Siris Announcement call feature where siri reads loud caller name. So after Siri announces the name the ringtone volume lowers which is annoying because you might miss calls anways i disabled the feature and now my ringtone volume is kept at a low level eventhough in the settings my volume bar is at maximum i can barely hear the ringtone this happend right after trying siris announcement feature, by the way its not a physical speaker problem, it must be a bug
