NAS Control Center: doesn't detect NAS in Macbook

I have a Macbook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020) with macOS Catalina 10.15.7. Furthermore, I have an Asustor NAS in my local network. Despite having access to the NAS via IP, the Asustor Control Center can't detect the NAS. However, on a Windows computer connected to my local network, the respective Asustor Control Center detects the NAS.

What may be happening? Is it a problem of blocked ports in my Mac? I've tried disconnecting the firewall, but the result is the same...

In the past, the NAS was detected by the Mac by this software normally, maybe some months ago.

Your Asustor NAS vendor needs to provide updated Control Center software for macOS Catalina. The Windows implementation may have installed additional software that is intended strictly for Windows. For what it's worth, I have a really old Synology Disk Station here that mounts its filesystems High Sierra through Big Sur without requiring any vendor software on the Mac.

I have been communicating with my NAS vendor. One of the possibilities is the firewall of the computer.

Is it possible that an update (or I inadvertently) had hindered the correct functioning of the Asustor NAS Control Center.

I have added manually the allowance of incoming connections in the macOS Catalina built-in firewall for the NAS Control Center.

By the way, the use of the Control Center is optional but recommended, I have access to the NAS by the browser.

Thank you.
