Twitter videos not playing on iphone 13

After upgrading to an iphone13 Twitter videos do not play. They can not load up or load to around 10secs then freeze or then display ‘content can not be displayed’

All other videos work on apps such as You Tube/web browsers so not the network connection. Would be grateful if anyone knows a fix?

Twitter’s running slow on iphone 13 Hi,I just upgraded to iphone 13 from iphone 11. When I click on a tweet, it is laggy and takes more time than it takes on iphone 11. I tried to delete and reinstall twitter, problem was solved for a moment but It occured again when I closed twitter. Turning off the phone also did not work. My iphone runs ios 15.3 currently. What can I do to solve this issue ?

Twitter won't download anymore. So about two weeks ago I restarted my phone to fix some connection issues. But when I turned it back on the Twitter app deleted itself, and I have not been able to download it again. I've tried restarting my phone a few times, I've logged out of my iTunes account and logged back in. Still nothing. All I see is the little cloud icon where the download button is, I press it as you would with any app download but it does nothing. It loads for a little bit but goes back to the download cloud. i have an iPhone 8 Plus, and it's running the latest iOS 16 update. I had about 20GB free on my phone so it's not a space issue. I can uninstall and reinstall other apps, I can download new apps as well. It's just Twitter that won't download again.

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. Being able to play video content is important. We're happy to assist as much as possible.

Knowing that other apps work as expected is helpful. Have you made sure that Twitter is updated? How to manually update apps on your Apple device

Restarting could also be helpful: Restart your iPhone

Depending on how the above goes, as good next step would be to test on both cellular data as well as Wi-Fi to see if Twitter works on one of those connections but not the other.
