Activation lock

My iPhone 12 has been activation locked since July 23 when I bought it. Nobody can help me

If you know the ID and password, you can log in and unlock the device. If you purchased the device from Apple, you can request their help. Otherwise, you'll need to get the original owner to unlock. Learn how: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441
