Beats solo3 audio issue

No sound on right headphone with Bluetooth or aux jack connected it crackles and gives audio when I turn them upside down but I obviously can’t use them upside down. I believe it is an issue with the wiring or soldering please help.

I also still have the warranty but I will expire sometime soon in November so any information given to me as soon as possible will help the most.
