iPhone 13 pro max camera focusing issue and others

I have a iPhone 13 pro max and noticed that when I tap on the screen to focus on an area to photograph, it does not focus.

Also, the phone is very slow in being able to send a freshly taken picture, the icons at the bottom of the screen take 5 seconds to appear, initially they are greyed out
