How to fix billing information?

So, i had a card i shared with someone and they put the card in the negatives (around 1-3 bucks). I now can't download apps or update apps. I can't delete the card off of my phone or do anything because it says that i have an active subscription that requires my card. All of my subscriptions are expired, my Apple Music says it expired on November 6, which is 5 days from now. I only had the 3 month free trial, but i feel this is the problem. Do i just wait until it "expires" again to remove the card & fix the issue?

You won't be able to remove the card if you have debt pending on your Apple account if any. You will need to cover whatever debt is pending and then update the card to a verifiable one that can be charged before you are allowed to remove any card from the account.

Yes, you will need to wait until the Apple Music subscription expires before you can remove the card. But again, if the card stopped being verifiable on your account, you will need to make it so it s verifiable again before you are allowed to remove it.

If you can't edit your payment information

If you have subscriptions, have an unpaid balance, or share purchases with your Family Sharing group, you can't remove all payment information. Get help if you want to use no payment method with your Apple ID.
