iPhone 12 Pro Max Camera not focusing

Has anyone else heard if there has been a fix to the iPhone 12 Pro Max camera not adjusting/focusing on up close photos? This is not an "always" issue for me, but it does happen often enough that its something I feel the need to get an opinion on.
