Audio out of balance

I regularly use Sony WH-1000XM3'S with my MacBook Air M1. lately, the balance for the audio will randomly change when I'm using these headphones and place more sound to the right. I've corrected it in the settings myself twice just today. It's pretty annoying. Anybody else having this problem?
