hi i just bought my iphone 11 4 days ago and it actually made me frown a bit because my timer volume is a so low but my calls or alarm volume has been functioning well without any problem. I've tried restarting this phone twice but it doesn't make my timer volume better and it stayed the same. Please recommend me a way to fix this issue without having to reset my phone.

From your post it appears you are concerned about the volume of the timer on your iPhone.
Tap on Settings > Sounds & Haptics and make sure Ringer and Alerts volume is set to the maximum. Next, set a timer for about 10 seconds. Start the timer and point the iPhone to face away from you so you are not looking at it. When the timer goes off, is the volume louder?
The iPhone checks to see if anyone is looking at it and lowers the volume. If the iPhone determines that no one is looking directly at it, then it will play at full volume.
