When I highlight text in iBooks and reach the end of the page, the page does not turn over and the text highlighting ends in the middle of the sentence. How do I continue highlighting on the next page? And at the same time, so that the note remains the same

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you'd like to highlight between pages on your iPhone using the Books app.
Currently, you can select text and move the selection to create highlights on a page within the Books app. This is described here under section, 'Highlight or underline text': Read books in the Books app on iPhone
There doesn't appear to be a way to highlight multiple pages within the same note. To suggest another way to highlight within the Books app, we'd recommend providing that feedback directly to Apple here: Product Feedback
