macOS Monterey: WindowServer keeps crashing when trying to watch fullscreen videos

Just upgraded to macOS Monterey on M1 Mac mini to try to fix some odd issues with momentary display flickering/glitching in the top third of the screen.

Now, I have a more disruptive problem. Most of the time when I view a video in fullscreen, the Finder crashes and sends me back to the login screen. Upon relogging, the crash log says it has something to do with "WindowServer".

Doesn't happen 100% but most of the time. Repro is as easy as loading a YouTube video in a webpage then making it full screen.

Affects fullscreen videos in Chrome, Safari, and when I try to use IINA Player. Seems system-wide and not particular to a given app.
