AirPod pro
so my AirPods when into the wash and how when I touch the left one it makes like a scratch ringing noise. Is it water damage or something else?

If your AirPods passed through laundry and emerged with any activity whatsoever it is a near miracle. Water damage is generally fatal to electronic devices.
If your AirPods are covered under AppleCare+ I suggest you contact Apple Support and see if you can claim replacement. Otherwise, Apple will supply replacements but you will have to pay full cost.
