Accident storage removal

Hello , my iPhone8+ and my ex’s iPhone 11 was still connected and when we tried to remove each other’s devices on my phone it accidentally removed all my data instead of just removing my device info off his phone.. my 8+ was not back up by iCloud and now all the photos videos have been wiped out. Is there anyway I can restore my phone as it was not intentional?
