Tags don’t show up in the notes

I had the same issue on iPhone iOS 15.1.

I have found that you cannot add tags if the note has a lock. Remove the lock and the tag feature works. Also, when you add a tag to a note the lock option disappears.

When you go to add a tag you must hit the space bar after you create the tag.

Tags do not show on 3 devices. All up to date. They did in the beginning but disappeared.

Also I keep my hashtags for Instagram in notes so if it did work I would have to keep this info in another document.
