Intruding on another phone
How can you stop someone from being able to manipulate your phone. This morning I found a 2nd profile on the Health app. This is beyond being old.

Is that second profile showing under Sharing? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212629

I just went to the app, and now it magically only has 1 profile listed. Adds more fuel to the fire that someone is able to manipulate and spy on my phone. How do I stop this?
i had a galaxy and Samsung failed miserably. Switched back to iPhone and the same problem persists.
Only fuel is what your adding yourself, no one is manipulating or spying on you.
Since you say it’s under Sharing that means at some point you shared or accepted someone sharing their Health profile. The link I have explained this and how to stop sharing.
Change your Apple ID password.
No one can control your phone, but if they have/use your Apple ID and password, they can affect changes to your account.
Yes. The thing is I actually have health turned off. I don’t use it at all. It filled my iCloud memory and had 2 matching profiles.
No one is able to access your device remotely.
