How do I turn on Visual Voicemail?

I recently updated my iPhone 11ProMax to the newest iOS 15.1. Prior to the update I was able to see voicemail transcripts.

How do I fix / turn on my visual voicemail?

I would greatly appreciate any help.. Please & Thank you!

Call your carrier; voicemail (even visual voicemail) is a carrier function.
