I cannot upload files with Safari after macOS 12.0.1 update

I have the exact same issue when im using google chrome and da vinci resolve.. if i want to browse any file by pressing any buttons from the apps, it didnt show up. What's wrong with apple support team, why cant they fix this issue?

No. I restarted and it worked for an hour or so, then the same thing happened again. On all browers, Safari, Chrome + Brave.

in edge disabling all extensions will not work but restart works
