I cannot get my Mail app on my IPHONE back to how it was before I messed it up. I can get the Inbox but I am not getting the folders I have on my laptop. My email address is ***. it is a Spectrum or charter email.

Try deleting and reinstalling the mail account, if that doesn't work reach our Spectrum support.
