Trouble Sharing iPad Screen on Zoom via Macbook Pro

I am using Zoom on Mac and I could share my iPad screen via AirPlay mode without any problem. After I upgraded my Mac to Monterey and iPad to OS ver 15, I have trouble to share my iPad Pro screen on Zoom on my MacBook Pro. It simply bring us Macbook Pro, NOT zoom-MacBoork Pro. Both devices are connected to the same wifi. I need help. Made a mistake and upgraded my systems.

Please help.
