I have a new Magic Mouse. After upgrading to Monterey, the mouse suddenly stop working. Not entirely, but scrolling does not work anymore unless I reboot.
Seems like Apple has never ending Bluetooth issues. I have a old Magic Keyboard which frequently stop responding, especially when reconnecting on my workplace after having the Macbook on other places. Requires to remove the keyboard and reconnect it.
Anyone else noting similar issues?

Have you removed them from your Bluetooth list and added them back again? Have you tried putting fresh batteries in your mouse? Checking for wireless interference may be worthwhile as well.

Well, this answer kind of looks lika "automated"... I believe Apple should start investigating possible SW flaws in Bluetooth rather than answering like this, which is essentially a way of indicating I did something wrong. These issues are two differens scenarios:
Both my Apple Magic Mouse and second generation Apple Keyboard BT both work fine on Monterey.
These device appear to be the Older Versions with the replaceable Batteries. ?
Those two work fine on High Sierra and have moved them ( Paired ) to Monterey computer and work fine too.
I have the same issue with a new MM2 and a MacBook Air 2020. Will not scroll after sleep mode. Restarting or deleting/readding the profile from bluetooth and scrolling works again. Just to add, I have a Microsoft Arc mouse that I tried and scrolling works normally after sleep mode.

The keyboard is old with replaceable batteries. The mouse is brand new.
Seems to be same issue. I also have Logitech MX Vertical - no scrolling problem ever.
Well.This is an intermittent issue, and it resolves after reboot. So, I can't reproduce in safe mode as it may take hours before reappearing.
But, same happened now after being disconnected and in sleep mode over night. Scroll not working anymore. My other Logitech mouse works perfectly.
