iOS 15 notifications won’t open

Hi all.

Since very first iOS 15 release till the current 15.1 my iPhone has a problem with notifications.

I cannot tap on some random notifications from different apps. Or cannot tap on a notification group to open it. I tap on notification or group, but just nothing happens. Such notifications are usually stuck until disappear themselves.

I also noticed that some of the swiped away notifications disappear, but leave an unoccupied space after them, so there is a gap in the notification list.

After reboot notifications start to work for some time.

Is there any way to fix this?

Obvious things like reboot and upgrade to latest version are done.
