macbook pro late 2016 - bluetooth greyed out

Hello.

I have this problem with my macbook, it is late 2016 model a1708. Bluetooth is greyed out and can't be turned on. I have tried almost all fixes i could find on the internet...Such as: reseting bluetooth module, resetting SMC and PRAM NVRAM, deleting .plist file, unchecking allow handoff between this mac and icloud (some users said this could be the reason).

I see a lot of people have this issue, but i can't seem to find the solution.

If anybody has any other suggestion or fix, please let me know.
