In my new Air Pods 3, there is constantly noise in the right earpiece. Low frequency sound. He is constantly present and you can hear him very well when there is no music playing or there is no conversation on the phone. The situation is very similar to what it was when Air Pods Pro came out. I spoke twice with Apple's support, but they have no official information about the massive nature of this breakdown. But macrumors.com already has a lot of users with the secret problem. Do you think it is worth waiting for the official recognition of the Apple problem or taking it to the store?

You have the option to return the AirPods for a full refund, if you’re within 14 days from purchase.

Otherwise, make an appointment and bring them into Apple or an authorized service provider for a look.

Thanks! I already took it to a store that has an authorized Apple reseller in our city. It's only been one day since I bought them. The goods will be taken to check the defect. I really look forward to a positive result. The answer will be given no later than in 14 days only. I would like to believe that they will exchange for new headphones. I’m having the same issue. I’ve replaced it twice already and specifically the right airpod is creating a high frequency noise that drives me nuts after some time.
