Sleep app on Apple Watch

How do I get the Sleep App to show on my Apple Watch? I went to App Store, and only option was to 'share' the app, so I messaged the app to myself, then from my watch I opened the message and clicked on the app...but says "this link isn't viewable on Apple Watch, but you can open it on your iPhone". But I don't have the app on my iPhone either. Ugh
