Phone won’t switch off

My phone won’t let me open any apps and when I try to do a hard reset nothing comes up, Siri is unable to open any of my apps, what should I do?

Suggestion:

  1. Try Apple Support App on iPhone.
  2. If you have a Mac, connect the iPhone to your Mac and make sure everything is backed up properly, then reset your iPhone.
  3. If you do not have access to a Mac, you can also make an appointment with your local Apple Retail store and they can reset your iPhone.


Please Note: I'm not a professional.

I did experience a similar problem which caused me to reset the iPhone. At the time, I chose option 3 and iPhone returned to normal.
