cannot use any apps on my phone
cannot open any apps and cannot shutdown my device. Will not allow me to shutdown. volume button works when i hit. Can bring Siri up. Cannot get to setttings or make any phone calls

Try a Hard Reset:
- Press volume up (quickly)
- Press volume down (quickly)
- Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears
