Can't open Apps on my iPhone
my phone won’t let me open any apps , and my power button and volume button won’t work and when asking siri to open apps she says she cannot open the app .

Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support. Sounds like you have multiple problems on your device given that your buttons do not work.
